I do think he's got a better shot against Beterbiev than against Bivol. I think people will be surprised how well Callum Smith does against Beterbiev too. Maybe I'm overlooking Beterbiev too much. He's a very tough guy with good technical skills. He needs to tell Bob to make the fight with Bivol, whether or not the WBC belt will be at stake.

he could've sent Bivol an offer to start. he has never done that. He left Matchroom and went under PBC witness protection program when he was under the same promoter as Bivol.
