Surprised the WBA isn't suing these Misfits promoters for 100% copying the design of the WBA title belt. In the UK that's a crime called "passing off" and you get in big trouble for trying to trick the public by copying someone else's brand or designs.

There is some loophole if a British company is doing that and the other company is foreign company.

I can't remember the exact details but there's a British company now making guitars with exactly the same branding and actual name as an American company, but because of some copyright jurisdiction law, they're getting away with it.

I'm sure it wouldn't work if it was a very famous brand because they would have implemented their copyrights all over the world, like if it was Nike, they set up a company in every region, but I can't imagine the WBA ever did something like that.

One thing I'll say for the people that turn up at the arena for these events, they actually fill the arena early and watch all the fights from a few hours before the main event, which doesn't really happen in real boxing. That's because they all know how to market themselves.

That's one thing boxers could learn from these people, how to actually market themselves to the public through social media. you don't need to be a clown or anything but if you have no presence online, how can you expect people to watch you fight and how can you expect to make good money?

The guy who can legit box AND can kill it with SM like these YT guys is gonna be more popular than Ali. Tank & Ryan showed the potential of two SM savvy guys fighting, but imagine you got a guy(s) who's on some Jake Paul or bigger level (MrBeast?) AND can fight.

This next fight should be a pretty good fight also. The Slim guy has been training since at least 2018, and Salt has definitely trained in the past & an obviously training now.
