Herring is a terribly mediocre fighter who lucked out on a title once the division totally died. He wasn't good enough to even get by the division gatekeepers at his peak prior to the division totally dying.
His only notable win is a shot to bits, undersized Frampton.
As for Valdez he's not looked the same since he p*ssed hot and I am sure we can all agree on that. Soon as they took his juice away, he became a total punchbag.
He should be 3-1 since with that win being a terrible performance vs Adam Lopez

Both at the end of their careers and no surprise a young, fresh weight bully beats them.
This guys always been a big lightweight whose youth allowed him to abuse a broken system.
We'll see how good he is when he fights live opposition his own size frankly I am tired of all these lightweights like Tank, Martin, Garcia etc etc fighting small ass B tier (at best) opposition and faded no risk guys with a bit of name value. Its pure speculation how good any of them are truthfully cause none ever take any real risks. Really we shouldn't even bother and should say shove these fights up your ar5e and give us what we really want to see if you want my hard, earned money.

He’s fought a couple, but as for the others, isn’t he still with Top Rank? When you’re in TR, you can call out whoever you want, but it won’t happen. He has to leave TR to get elite fighters and big names.
Something about Bob Arum, idk what it is. No one likes working with him unless a fortune can be made.
His fighters seem to get their biggest fights AFTER leaving him.
I think that if you join TR nowadays, you probably want to stay away from big names and just want to build up an undefeated record with the matchmaking they do over there. Because by now, fighters should know how hard it is to get the big fights under TR.
Did you see Mayweather calling out Mosley, DLH, Hatton-Tsyzu winner under TR? Did he get them? No. Not under TR.
How many fighters of note did Crawford fight under TR?
That’s just not the promotional company you join if you want the big names. Not everyone there gets the big names. Arum picks and chooses he wants to “push”.Comment
