No. I want Arum and Beterbiev to get some balls and fight Bivol.

If Arum doesn't want it, he doesn't have to bid for it. A rival promoter can swoop in and take it on for themselves.

Mauricio Sulaiman gave an interview. He said that Bivol has to file an exemption. The whole ban is a "soft" ban and clearly they're not going to stand in the way of the unification fight.

It's not the looping shot that makes Beterbiev, Beterbiev. It's the way he is able to generate power with either hand in the space of just a few inches that sets him apart. Canelo has a great chin but no one is unstoppable.
