DDD would have an advantage that was always the case but would he win ? He suffers from the worst thing in combat sports and that’s mental toughness if you got to really have heart and push through adversity.

Terrible performance from Joyce…I knew from the way he was hitting the pads before the fight that he hadn’t recovered from the first loss. Also, during the fight, he was overthinking and trying to do too many things at once instead of being in the flow like Zhang i.e. too much head movement, constantly circling away from Zhang’s left hand whilst throwing virtually NOTHING to the head (or with power) which would’ve forced Zhang to take a step back. HORRIBLE tactics.

Therefore, the end was inevitable but I didn’t expect it to come from a RIGHT HOOK.

Zhang took away his jab, is bigger, longer reach, better boxing IQ and much mentally tougher.

Dubois has no ability to take away his jab, is fragile and has no boxing IQ.

that was the KO of the year, no doubt. damn, zhang ruined joyce, big fan of joe but you can't just go in there expecting you head to be your defense, all that damage took a toll

Zhang is 40 and huge. Usyk can just out-move and out box-him until Zhang tires. Grab on when Zhang gets close. Usyk has a lot of stamina, Zhang does not. Plus Zhang will come in light. Which is a mistake - Usyk is already winning when an opponent chamges how they fight to match him

Usyk already lost by KO in the last fight against a guy that doesn’t punch half as hard as Zhang

I watched it but cannot tell - was he out? It seemed to me that he beat the count and should have been given the chance to continue.

They gave him extra time between rounds 2 and 3 to recover. He obviously didn't and thats why the ref knew he was done.
