Rival promoters do work together when it makes sense. When you have one guy thinking he should be paid handsomely for what he accomplished against unknown fighters in another division that makes negotiations a tad bit more difficult don't you think? Nah I doubt it.

And him claiming he would never fight Garcia and Thurman because he is the top dog and they're washed exposes the reality that if he was in their position as Top 147 lb fighters he would not have given them a shot then either.
