Looking at the WBC rankings, it's either the winner of Zepeda-Gesta, De Los Santos or Jamaine Ortiz.

50 percent of what? It’s not like this fight was going to be on PPV.

Martin lost already. Even in the blame game sport.
Stevenson already won without even fighting.

I can already see the smirk on his face bragging about being ducked by everybody.

But I'm hearing Martin was being offered something like 17%. How can you expect someone who is contending to except that low ball offer?
17%???? That's wack af if true, especially after Shakur felt disrespected by Haneys 25%

If the Herring fight cut & the lack of a Haney fight didn't already show you Shakur ain't gonna be the guy who's not worried about money this should.

To me this is what it is tho. So much of fighting these days is business sh^t it feels like the actual fight is a secondary thought at times lol.

Sounds to me like Martin negotiated his way out of the fight. This is not bad negotiation tactics. They know Shakur is more highly rated than Martin. Just an odd demand from the Martin team. I doubt the fight would've happened even if he was offered 60%.

Maybe it's to soon for them since it's Crawford's guy vs Spencer's guy.

I think Shakur just needs to take one of these damn fights for less cash (even if it’s less than he deserves) beat the guy, and then get on with his career. Build to the point where he’s a shot caller. **** it, fight Tank for 15% if that one’s available.

Or, give up some rounds in one of these fights to look vulnerable, and these other guys will fight.

Right now, as things are going, he’s not going to get a p4p type ppv crossover fight until he’s in his mid-30s and showing signs of slipping. He’ll end up a hall of famer who didn’t scratch his earning potential. Time to think outside the box and get creative.

Silly Frank. It's only ok when Bud and Shakur turn down fights for money reasons.

Everyone else should take what they're offered or it's a duck.

Who is Frank Martin, and what has he done in the sport, what's his worth?

No matter because it is just more of the same old PBC, Al Hayman, Mayweather Promotions, ERROL SPENCE, bull sheet.

The negotiations are over. If they want to continue, they should start the bidding.
