Lets see who else takes 35/40% to fight Shakur - when they have absolutely no need to - unless he has 3/4 belts in a division. My guess? Only those desperate for a payday - a faded name or a no-hoper. Martin still hopes to be a belt holder at 135 - he can make more money fighting Tank or some other pbc fighter.
Martin would've been fighting for the WBC LW Championship! Does any other PBC fighter give him a chance to win the WBC title? Does any other PBC fighter own a title at 135, and I'm not talking about "Regular" titles neither? So yeah, it was a DUCK, and a ****** move, that is unless he's fighting Tank next, which I highly doubt!

I supported Usyk, when he accepted 30%, but now he's back talking about "50/50, if the fight is in the UK!" No Bueno!

Okay so, Shakur Stevenson is now getting on my nerves. That’s now two fights falling through, Devin Haney and Frank Martin, because Shakur thinks he’s DLH or Mayweather or something.

I’m a fan of Shakur, for now, but this isn’t a good look. He’s pulling a Demetrius Andrade. Hyper focused on money way too much, way too early, without even proving he’s the star he imagines himself to be.

0 PPV’s headlined, viewership numbers is nothing to write about, resume is thin. Shakur better straighten out because he’s really looking like Andrade right now. I don’t want to hear anymore “i’m being ducked” BS by Shakur.

Who is Frank Martin, and what has he done in the sport, what's his worth?

No matter because it is just more of the same old PBC, Al Hayman, Mayweather Promotions, ERROL SPENCE, bull sheet.

Clown down, clown in the dirt, clown looks better gone.
Martin wanted better than a 20% cut, which is what Shakur admits to have offered him. Shakur is playing the same Tyson Fury games he accused Devin of playing last month.

its actually all devin haneys fault, he offered shakur a percentage that made shakur mad so shakur then offered a percentage that made martin mad

who the hell do they think they are, tank davis? the 2 midget terrors tank and nelo decide the %, very few reach that level and esteem within the sport

May be but Martin also doesn't want to let Top Rank judging rob him of a decision since there's no way he can stop Stevenson.

There's no way Top Rank judges will rule against Shakur. A future cash cow in the making.

Anyway de Los Santos is a much more dangerous fight for Shakur, and may be more interesting.
