    Also, I'm not sure Derrick James has the bandwidth to get Frank ready for Shakur, finish training Mell for Canelo and possibly getting Errol ready for a end of year or early next year rematch with Bud. That is an insane workload versus the highest level of fighters.
    Lot of boxing wisdom there, yet guessing that not it tho

      Some of you clowns need to calm down. We don't know what happened behind the scenes and only 1 side made it look like a duck, but frank martin's side hasn't clarified.

          Maybe I'm totally wrong, but I'm guessing they don't think Martin can beat Shakur.

            Martn would have gotten his ass beat by Shakur. Not even a competitive fight.

              Says the biggest clown in the room. No one needs to hear Martins side. He had a chance to fight one of the top P4P fighters in the world for a world title but he’d rather fight an easier oppponent for one of the other vacant belts. That’s what happened.

                I know exactly what happened. Martin attended a seminar at the Andrade School of Career Management.

                  [QUOTE=SplitSecond;n32001255]

                  Martin is thinking longterm. He sees the forest. The potential money over the horizon.[/QUOTE that's a decision that can easily backfire! what if martin loses his next fight? hell a lot of people think he lost his last fight against a fighter who is not an elite fighter. martin is a clown and a boxer who's career I'm not longer interested in following. turns down a shot at a championship belt. boxing is truly ****ed LMAO!!! UFC killed it again last night.

                    The overrating of Martin is strong in these forums. I've been seeing him as Keyshawn Davis level. Frank should be thanking WBC for ordering the Shakur fight if he gets the Tank fight as a result.
