The day of Heavyweights and low blows.
It wasn't perfect, but it was a good day for boxing. A good day for the Heavyweights.

          My takeaways:
Usyk can KO a top 10-15 prime, large heavyweight. We learned that just yesterday.
Tyson fury has a professional obligation to get this fight made.

The 5th round belt shot was NOT a true low blow, unless Usyk keeps his balls behind his naval, but it was borderline and it was ruled as illegal. Dubois wasn't "robbed of victory" in an actionable sense, but he was unlucky.
It could just as easily have been Dubois KO 5, with a different ruling.
Fury will go to the body hard.

No immediate rematch for Dubois! He didn't earn one by being a victim. He didn't follow up on Usyk the way a man crafting his destiny has to.
He went down twice and got up once.
He had his title shot, he did good, he lost, and the division moves on.
We want unification now, not rematch after rematch. End of story.

Ajagba can't catch a break. Kossobutskiy is an epic disappointment. Anderson is working on new things and looking great doing it. This was a good strategic development opponent for him, just as Martin was, and his show moves forward. I like the pace at which he's being handled, and we all love a busy fighter!

Just read the post. Usyks been dropped by body shots before. Dubois saw it as a weakness and trained for that punch to the body. It’s common knowledge sorry ur hero can’t even beat a bum like Dubois without an assist from the ref. Usyk has had 5 fights at HW 2 of them (dubois.chisora) have been highly controversial. But I’ll let u continue u to think he’s the best thing since sliced bread lmao

Well that's a good thing because at least it keeps me in good company then. Since more than half of the posters on this NSB forum tends to agree with me.

They believe that Usyk should have been counted out and Daniel should have been awarded the new unified heavyweight championship of the world. If you don't believe me.

Then just create a poll and ask them should Daniel Dubois' punch to Oleksandr midsection should have been ruled a low blow or a knockout victory?

I know what I see in the boxing ring. you think I'd ask the other idiots on here? 90% of them haven't a clue. and also being knocked down and counted out are two extremely different happenings
