If you stop it just at the moment of contact here, it does look a little bit low to me. When I saw it in real time I thought it was clean, but to me this is a low shot.

      Stop the delusion.
No delusion, wilders a bum I agree. Wilder also sparks out Dubois within two rounds. Keven Larena should’ve ko’d Dubois. Wilder hits 10x harder than Dubois, Usyk could barely take Dubois’s punches. Face reality, stop the delusion, Usyk’s an overrated heavyweight.

They just showed a clean replay - it was somewhere below his belly button but above his junk. Borderline. Some will call it low, some won't.

Would have preferred Pabon call it a KD. We don't know how Usyk would have reacted had the ref started counting instead of signaling time out.

my thinking as well. he looked at the ref and saw he could milk it for a minute or so to recover. how badly he was hurt we may never know

We need better video/pictures to judge.. on the replay, one of the things that does make me think is Usyk's reaction. When people get hit to the body, they cry and scream in pain. When fighters get hit low, the reaction is that huge exhale - same as Usyk. Look at his face, his lips form a huge "o" immediately. No crying, no screaming.

His shorts are low, and the punch came from below, so there's high likelihood it at least grazed his cup/balls. And being grazed by Dubois is probably not very pleasant.

At centre ring before the bell, you will often hear the ref say "these trunks are a little high, shots here (the belt line) are good." Usyk's trunks were not high, at all. Also, the waistband of his trunks was quite slim, only about half as wide as Dubois' for instance.

Anyone calling that a legal shot is reaching.

Was in two minds but it's low enough for me. I wouldn't have been desperately mad if it'd been called a legit shot but I think it's also reasonable to call it low within the rules.
                  That's a frame early

if you watch the actual video and see the trajectory of Dubois hand , when it actually lands on Usyk, it was on the belt line

This was a little reminiscent of Yarde/Kovalev. Dubois showed some stuff, performed well at times, but just no heart imo. When the going gets tough, we've seen him fold twice. I'd actually really like to see Joshua/Dubois, that's a fascinating one for me

No nane Kevin Larena knocked Dubois down three times last fight in the first round. Dubois gassed. You Usyk nut huggers are hikarious. Usyk looked terrible against a a gatekeeper heavyweight.
