    It's not hard.
I thought Boots was mandatory for the Spence's IBF belt, what changed?

Nothing to discuss here. Crawford doesn't want it. Ennis doesn't want it. End of story.

The sport needs to move on.

Kavaliauskas was mandatory. Avanesyan wasn't chosen by him, but was a big money fight (for Crawford). Champions fight mandatories when they are ordered, they don't chase contenders unless it is big money. If Boots is mandatory, the fight gets ordered, and Crawford stays at 147 then I will definitely want to see this fight. Other than that, I'm pretty sure if he stays at 147 he will have to fight WBA mandatory first.

Funny how it's dad running his mouth. Boots had a lot to say the day before the fight, but he hasn't let Crawford's name touch his mouth ever since the fight. They haven't filed petition. They're just yapping away hoping that he'll get upgraded after the belts get vacated for 154. Almost as bad as Teo Sr.

My response was regarding the nonsense that Boots needs to have a “notable” win to get a shot at Bud.
So I used the same logic, which “notable” win did Khan or Brook or Benavidez have to get a shot at Bud?
Samevfor Spence, which “notable” win did Mikey Garcia have to get a shot at Spence?

It is remarkably ****** to hear that shït being thrown around when it comes to Boots.

Which “notable” win did Mathysse, Brandon Rios, Vargas etc have to get a shot at PAC? Same case here

Whether he deserves the Crawford shot or not, it's irrelevant. Real question is does he want it? His history says he doesn't. Avanesyan said yes when he was offered the fight. Same thing with Kavaliauskas.

Jaron Boots vacated his WBO mandatory spot. Why? He wanted Spence and took the time to file a petition for the IBF. His fans even called Spence a duck.

It’s coming, Champ… it’s coming. I know a lot of us would love to see him face Crawford but Crawford has paid his dues and is 35 years old. He’s earned the right to choose his big fights. Besides, he seems intent on moving up to 154. I like Ennis a lot and feel for him. But I know his time will come.
