Comments Thread For: Helenius Looks Back On Joshua KO Defeat: "What Could I Do With That Short Notice?"

It seemed like a good idea at first. Robert Helenius was minding his business on the other side of the world attempting to regain his confidence. A brutal first-round knockout at the hands of Deontay Wilder forced him to rethink a few things.

He did okay on short notice, bit he can't take a punch anymore, whereas earlier in his career he seemed tougher.

Exactly. What could you do? You could try to punch, for starters.

He did better than expected, or maybe its more that AJ did worse than expected. Joshua is lucky he got that highlight reel KO for people to focus on because the rest of his performance was underwhelming.
