I think the Floyd fight that is closest to Crawford v Spence was the Corrales fight.

Floyd did destroy Corrales the way Crawford destroyed Spence.

The thing is, Floyd and Pac are archrivals the same way Crawford and Spence was.

Both their fights marinated for years and you see fans debating/predicting.

The way Floyd fought his archrival seems kinda lackluster compared to the way Crawford dispatched his archrival.

Fair point. I think the difference is above 140 Floyd didnt KO many opponents while Crawford has.

Also dont think winning by ko meant anything to Floyd. His M.O. is sell the fight with big ko talk, win using defense and movement.

Here we go with the hand excuses.

What fighter isn't going to have hand issues.

Just keep it 100 will ya.

Floyd didn't go for the ko even against a past prime Manny because he's too scared to go for it. Its that simple.

Even his pops in between rounds said he was fighting scared.

He would rather run, hug, and land a punch per round en route to a lackluster points decision on the judges scorecards.

So his nutthuggers like you, Big Dunn, Bodybags, etc can crow that he schooled him.

The way how it happened and comparing their fights against their archrivals, I started thinking whether Crawford was just better at cutting the ring than Floyd or maybe Pac had just better footwork than Spence did.

You picked Shane and Manny to beat Floyd.

Once Floyd beat both you decided it was cherry picking.

Youre just a sore loser pole smoker.

by the time they fought floyd and pac were good but past it, floyd was not a super offensive fighter at 147 but floyds style was always a nightmare for pac man, if pac man was in wars with marquez all those years in his prime, floyds style would have always gotten him the victory imo. both atg tho.

If Floyd vs Manny was a "pointless" fight as you say then why did Manny and his team try so hard to downplay the win? Why do so many Manny fans still refuse to admit that Floyd won easily? Since it was supposedly a pointless fight that didn't matter you'd think Pac and his fans would be able to swallow their egos and admit that Floyd was the better man.
