He just fought recently against a solid opponent stopped and Crawford is publicly stating he won’t fight him, why criticize him before his next opponent is even announced?

I have a feeling we get Boots-Stanionis then the haters can go hate on that too.

And none of the top guys are saying lets go, Shakur is the same boat, we all know they can fight and nobody above them wants to give them that shot because they can really fight, Ennis needs a name guy to fight him, its not a case of a name guy looking for Ennis, he needs to fight Stantinois Thurman to push for a title shot.

He already had his quota of 2 fights this year, so I expect him to be back next year.

What does that do exactly? I believe title-holders have one year to decide what to do with their belts. And I don't think either one wants it.

He's waiting for Crawford to throw him a bone.

Hopefully, Ennis will keep that same energy he had about Spence. Willing to exercise the mandatory clause and get the champ stripped of the belt if they don't fight. Or if a bigger fight isn't made.

Crawford might be on the shelf for an extended time. Jermell fights Canelo, wins? He is rematching Canelo instantly. Lose? he probably takes a hiatus with his biggest pay check ever.

Charlo win or lose to Canelo would have to decide what to do with his 154 belts. You can't hold up a division for years not defending them.

I still want to see Crawford vs Charlo, even if he loses his next fight with the Mexican superstar.
