I doubt that it happens. It was the cumulative effect that stopped Wilder vs Fury. Which means over a long period of time the punches to started to catch up to Wilder and Fury was able to finish him in the 11th round.

Fury pounded Wilder into submission but AJ doesn't throw nearly enough punches as Fury to put Wilder away. One punch is not going to get it done. However, if Wilder hits AJ like that then the fight would be a wash.

I'm picking Wilder to KO Joshua but I think AJ has more of a chance than most people think. Joshua is a hard puncher and he's a good boxer too. Who has Wilder beaten who is better than AJ? No one...

Having said that I do think Wilder is just too fast. And with that huge power it's hard to see how he doesn't win. AJ's chin is average at best and he recovers slow after being hurt.

AJ being cautious now might help him in this fight because a lot of Wilder opponents got KO'd after they hurt him and got reckless trying to stop him. This will definitely be a great fight to watch for boxing fans. For all we know AJ could light him up.

It's sad to watch such a big strong athletic guy like AJ fight like a 5 year old that's scared of spiders about to touch a tarantula , he's so nervous and scared. It's freaking pathetic , I almost feel bad for the guy.. Andy Ruiz ruined Joshua , he has zero confidence now. Forget all of the trainers that he blames ,it's his confidence and bravery that's gone. He needs a shrink more than anything.
Wilder will decapitate him ,AJ might have a full blown anxiety attack in the ring. AJ should probably just hang it up.

AJ actually needs a decent trainer. Garcia was able to push AJ to go for the KO in the 9th in the Usyk rematch.

Garcia told AJ to go to the body and he boosted his confidence. The problem was that Garcia wasn't a yes man.

So I don't think AJ's problem is his confidence, it's his massive ego.

fury is not a puncher never has been .....if he was he would have stopped wallin , pianeta and would have had chisora on the deck at least 1 time.....Joshua is a huge puncher and he is also combination puncher....wilder would be in orbit if Joshua lands the same right he did Saturday night.......what are you gonna say when your watching on tv with wilder has been absolutely ironed out .....are you gonna eat crow ?
