I doubt that it happens. It was the cumulative effect that stopped Wilder vs Fury. Which means over a long period of time the punches to started to catch up to Wilder and Fury was able to finish him in the 11th round.
Fury pounded Wilder into submission but AJ doesn't throw nearly enough punches as Fury to put Wilder away. One punch is not going to get it done. However, if Wilder hits AJ like that then the fight would be a wash.
