He looks like he doesn't want to be in the ring.

Looks like the typical stiff euro fighters that were around at the second tier of the division during the Klitschko years.

Wouldn't lay a glove on Fury or Usyk. Wilder and AJ would spark him out too.

I put him on a similar level to Hughie Fury.

If Chisora was 5 years younger, he would probably bully Hrgovic. He starts feeling sorry for himself when fighters put it on him.

No, it was not an eye-catching performance by Hrgovic. It was very basic to say the least.

Inactivity, difficult style match-ups (Zhang/McKean), and the death of his dad have affected his performances. He's been developed poorly because MR has had trouble getting good opponents until Zhang. The mandatory spot is a curse because it encourages inactivity so the boxer doesn't lose his spot. Hrgovic needs to do what Tszyu did and keep defending his mandatory position. He needs another fight this year.

One thing I dislike is how he turns his back on his opponent after the ref breaks up a clinch. It makes him appear disinterested or lethargic. He seems to have a decent punch output for a HW, so it may be a mental issue. He isn't laser focused.

Hopefully he fights Wilder soon. Would be fun to see another thunderous Wilder right hand just crumple a big heavyweight.

Exactly what I was thinking. Reminds me of people hyping up Dimitrenko, Ustinov, Pulev, Boystov etc.

Even when he wins he rarely looks impressive in the process. Doubt hes a top 5 level HW currently.

Allow me to respond. Hrgovic just beat a young in shape undefeated fighter who happened to be big and can move. His opponent was a solid hitter and had won 22 fights. And he was a southpaw. He wasn't a fat slob with no heart like say the bums Fury is fighting.

Due to the long lay off and other fighters ducking him he was a little rusty last night, but he also only lost 2 rounds of 12 Maybe 3.

I say bring on Usky how I predict will drop a belt rather than fight him. If the fight happens it will be close or Usyk will lose.

Why do I get the feeling that if Hrgovic's name was Jones and he was either American or British you would like him.

                  Keep on player hating.

Usyk boxes circles round that flat footed big stiff.

He has looked like ass for two fights in a row.

He’s not the next big thing at heavyweight like some people hyped him up to be.
