Truth is, Boots' team doesn't want the Bud smoke either. It's been proven time and time again.

All they are saying is they're levels above Clayton, Dulorme, 140 Lipinets, Heerden, Abreu, Eyubov, Fernandez, and all these nobodies Boots feasted on for years not even Stanionis would have thought of fighting because of the ridicule he could face.

And Crawfords sudden overnight fanbase are even more sensitive coming to his aid like little lap dogs making up rules and demands as they go along to defend his honour because they aren't interested unless its a total bum or a severely handicapped, shot fighter. They aren't boxing fans they're glory supporters who don't want to see him take any sort of risk.

He fights Kavaliaskus they'll cry he only beat Crawfords & Ortiz leftovers.
Stanionis would be a good win but they'll still give him no credit harping on about the difference between Stanionis and Bud like anyone gives a **** or doesn't already know that.
Crowley? Oh come on now, we that desperate?

Thats fine Bud. But relinquish your IBF title then. There's too much stagnating of whole divisions right now. HW, SMW, LMW, WW and LW . Andy Cruz and Keyshawn Davis and Shakur are ready to fight for a belt right now, ditto Stanionis and Ennis, ditto Tzsyu, ditto Benavidez and Morrell - too long to make fights, too long for contenders to wait. Lets get back to Mike Tyson era - champion at 20 years old - Ennis is already 26.

They want him to fight anyone just to buy time so they can claim Crawfords too old.

Imagine calling yourself a boxing fan and not wanting to see your favourite fighter fight the best. Imagine not wanting to see the best vs the best.

Fight Cody Crowley hahahahaha, you couldn't make it up lol he needs to fight Crowley doe lol

If I was boots and I'd start taking fights at 54, but he just wants to inherit titles, blowing smoke rings!

He's right. Perfect ending for bud's career will be take all belts at 154 beating tim or charlo. I don't believe charlo will come back to 154 though. Boots becomes undisputed then moves up to 154 for the super fight. Undisputed vs undisputed boots vs bud

Kavaliauskas and Crowley levels above Lipinets and Dulorme? Good one.

And you're right, Stanionis would have never thought of fighting any of them... except that he did. He won a competitive decision against Dulorme, the same Dulorme who Boots obliterated in one round.

I'm not mad at Crawford, but I feel really bad for Boots Ennis! Who is the guy that can test him, to where if he wins, fighters like Spence and Crawford would grant him a fight? Is it Thurman? Thurman is saying the same thing as Crawford & Spence! Is it Ugas? The haters will say Spence already broke him! Is it Stanionis? The haters will say Stanionis was overrated! The only person I can see out there is Tim Tszyu! At least there would be a title on the line! If not Tszyu, then maybe Brian Mendoza or Jesus Ramos? 147 is dead!

This is why boxing is complete and utter ****. This is why no era since the 80s will ever compare. Boxers today have become premadonnas and don’t come remotely close to comparing to SRL, Hagler, Hearns and Duran.
