Fighters pretty much do whatever they want to do in this sport. They could care less about what fans want. Fans don't mean nothing to them. People need to stick this in their stubborn heads.

So you need to stop arguing with other fans why they don't agree with you in terms of making certain fights happen. It's pointless. You can keep on saying Bud must fight Boots till you're blue in the face and it won't mean nothing. Fighters don't give a F about fans. So stop blaming other fans just because they don't agree with you. You are a nobody.

Boots on the other foot now. It's what happens. A fighter has been ducked or not called out for so many years. They get their big shot and momenet and win. Then they are just like the guys they said didn't give them a shot.

I don't disagree, but it's the circle of boxing life. Now Crawford is in position to want to go for the big fights that have major benefits to him. Boots would satisfy the boxing purist who want to see if Crawford can handle a young, talented, powerful and skilled fighter beginning their athletic prime. Crawford is saying, "that's cool and all, but I am not 25 years old myself and I want to do the big history fights". Spence rematch is winnable and money, Charlo fight is a chance at undisputed in another weight class which is about what the history books say. Now is Charlo gets battered by Canelo, it won't look great on Crawford to beat Charlo who would have gotten beaten and coming back down in weight. However, if Charlo somehow beats Canelo, Crawford has a chance to beat a guy who might end up being the unified/undisputed 154 and 168 champ (though I am sure there is some rematch clause for Canelo).

Regardless, I feel Crawford. I want to see him tested vs Boots, but I understand where he's coming from. That's boxing for you.

Id like to see this fight, Ennis might be future superstar so it's a win that has lot of mileage for bud and will grow.
But if bud don't want it, it's up to him. He can dodge who he wants to.

We all know Jaron Boots' 7 fans are very sensitive people. They hate it when you tell them Boots has to fight Kavaliauskas, Crowley, Stanionis, etc. Even though no one is saying he can't beat those guys. All they are saying is they're levels above Clayton, Dulorme, 140 Lipinets, Heerden, Abreu, Eyubov, Fernandez, and all these nobodies Boots feasted on for years not even Stanionis would have thought of fighting because of the ridicule he could face.

All Ennis had to do was stay in the wbo rankings. He didn't. He went the ibf route. Could've triggered it vs Spence, he didn't.

Ennis knows there's a rematch clause that 99%i s at 154. And when, not if, Bud moves up, hes NOT going back down. Bud breaks Spence again at the end of this year, fights Tszyu then fights Charlo for all the marbles. Retires as the greatest of this generation and an ATG.

I agree with Crawford. You win a big fight you get the right to choose what you want to do.

You know, there’s nothing really at stake with fightin’ Boots.
...except TITLES, since Boots is mandatory for at least one of them

He's so right and its awesome to hear this. It wouldnt be fair to him. He doesnt need a big war against a fresh young star right as hes being universally recognized at the end of his career anyhow. Boots day is soon. He should be fine now that everyone wants to see him fight.
