Dillian Whyte should face criminal charges.

Hey, I agree with you in principle but, at present, he's got 1 previous that he got a 2yesr ban for. If this one's proven he should get at least a 4-5 year ban.
But who is going to ban him and from what? He doesn't have a BBBC licence and he didn't fail a UKAD test.Comment

It's not defending Whyte to state facts.
The charge was completely withdrawn and UKAD went to greater lengths than I've ever seen to make it clear that they placed no blame at all on Whyte. No opinion from me there. Just facts.
But you've got him charged for fraud
so I won't expect logic from you.
I'll wait for facts.Comment

PED’s have been found in his body three separate times.

You really think Whyte is innocent?Comment

Innocent of what? As far as I can tell he's done nothing illegal. It's not illegal to have traces of these substances in your system.
As to whether he's eligible to be licensed to compete as a boxer, that comes down to what he's popped for and the decisions of the boxing authorities.
Last time they were happy to declare him as being eligible to fight. He had Dianabol in his system, but they declared him to be a clean athlete for the purposes of professional boxing.
Of course I think he's taking performance enhancing drugs. I'm pretty sure they all are to some extent.
But there's a very fine line between an adverse result and a 'clean' result. The authorities draw that line. It's not based on morals and it's not based on law. It's just a line.
And he won't be getting done for fraud; he'll either be licensed or he won't. There's no innocent or guilty.Comment

He’s blatantly guilty.

Armstrong had to pay back millions in prize money. Whyte should have to do the same.
He’s a grade A scum bag. If he ever fights again I hope he gets seriously hurt.Comment
