And it's exactly what happened. Boxing is in my blood... I've forgotten more about boxing than you'll ever know
I picked Crawford to beat Spence. So you're talking to the wrong person about that. I'll say again that it's ****** for you to claim Spence only has two outcomes remaining in his life. You don't know nearly as much as you think you do.

OK, alchiemoore1. In the States, because everyone drives everywhere & there really is no other way to travel, & also because so many people are devout evangelical Christians (for want of a better word, because, so far as I can see, they basically don't have any interest in the teachings of Jesus) having one beer, ever, is seen as unacceptable, or, at best, as transgressive. I very much doubt that if Errol was in Britain he would be considered a heavy drinker. In fact, I strongly suspect he would be seen as a bit of a girlie wuss who can hardly drink at all.

I didn't say he had 2 outcomes remaining in life, genius, i said as far as boxing goes. I said well b4 the fight, Errol will lose because drinking is bad for a boxer, that's old wisdom from the early days of boxing. It's one of the worst things a fighter can do, period. On top of that, he was thrown from a vehicle at 100 mph and hit his face on the ground, broke all his teeth and was knocked colder than from a punch. he lost weeks worth of memory. Then he was rear ended in another accident, then he had surgery to repair a torn retina. Then Bud put a sustained beating on Errol. Flush pumches, damage was already visible by round 2. If u keep chipping at a brick wall, it'll crumble eventually. Errol and his aura of invincibility are shattered. Ppl will now take it to him, knowing he can be hurt, and more importantly, now he knows it, and he knows that we all know it, so mentally he's done Confidence is everything in boxing, plus the brain damage is real. He's done as an elite. It's like when Hopkins beat Trinidad it was a sustained beating and Trinidad never regained his previous form. And like Trinidad, Errol has heavy legs and his feet have slowed down a lot.

Yeah, I was in the "Picked Crawford, was cheering HARD for Spence" camp. Crawford is an amazing talent, he is knocking on the door of all time great. But Spence has a fun, honest, easy to like personality. He has taken responsibility for all his mistakes and was always generous to his opponents. I think he is a great human and wanted him to have this win for his career.

But being completely honest, it was the inactivity that made me sure Crawford would win. You have to be as sharp as you can be, on top of your game, just to compete with Crawford. That he was not boxing regularly over the last two years was the reason I was picking Crawford. I really thought it was going to be a wide decision though. Never thought Spence would get beaten bad enough to not hear the last bell.

No one said bud is a bad person people just questioned his resume and thought Spence was better. People thought hagler was better than leonard till they fought. People thought trinidad would beat hopkins Taylor would beat Pavlik and so on and so on. Everyone thought Vargas would beat trinidad. It’s sport. It’s not that serious. Bud fans can’t be content with just shaking hands and being the best they feel the need for more when there’s nothing more lol. When ur at the top of the mountain..enjoy the view!

Give Spence his respect. Mayweather aka Mr When you speak of Al Haymon, you speak of Floyd Mayweather, just recently admitted he didn’t want Spence Vs Crawford to happen. This undisputed showdown came down to Spence and Crawford personally.

If you had any respect for him and the sport then you wouldn't of fought a half dead man, he was drained and damaged from the accident. Well done you must be proud of yourself, I know your cheerleading fan-girl squad on this forum is.

Exactly. He proved us wrong. Hats off to him he made a fan out of me. Bud seems to be ok with that but his fans seem to want to kill any momentum he might have lol
