Arum knew full well in advance that he had no welterweights around Terence's weight class for him to fight. However, he just kept deciding to resign him anyway because Bud is black and just out of spite in order to harm his rival competitor Al Haymon and the PBC.

He should have done what Eddie Hearn has done a long time ago with Canelo Alvarez and that is relenting. Once Hearn learned that he had no more fighters for Alvarez to fight; He relented by allowing Alvarez to leave and sign with a promoter that had the fighters in and around his own weight class to fight.

Bob should have done the same with Terence Crawford.

Bud started talking **** to Spence after unifying the JWW division. He asked Spence for a fight and that’s when Spence said get a belt and we’ll talk. Bud beat Horn and that’s when their **** talking began so stop lying when you don’t even know when guys fought and when guys resigned. Haymon and Bob still did cross over fights after BOB tried to sue PBC. Bud didn’t have to sign with anyone including sign back with TR. Bob didn’t do **** to keep Bud away from PBC lmfao…
