Random testing doesn't have cut off dates. 30 days before a fight cut off date is not random testing. You can't dictate when they test you. That defeats the purpose of it. What part of that are you not understanding?

You mean like JMM v Manny 4.

We dont have to imagine- Manny gets ktfo and all his sore loser fans accuse JMM of PED use citing back acne, the same thing you all said wasnt an indication of PED use when Manny had fights with back acne.

      Just sayin……

So you think Pac would agree to testing, only to risk being caught by taking Toradol for less than 2 weeks? Toradaol is for pain, he would have needed it on the night of the fight which would be detected in the post fight test. Ironically he requested a Toradol shot for the Mayweather fight and was declined, Floyd was allowed an illegal IV. You Pac haters are pathetic.

Paquiao wanted 30 days. Then came down to 24. He never agreed to 14 days. I know it's your MO and what you do here but you should stop lying. You're making a fool out of yourself.

Throughout negotiations over the drug testing -- the final point the sides need to agree on -- Pacquiao has said he would submit to unlimited random urine tests. However, he refused Mayweather's demand to have random blood testing. Instead, Pacquiao agreed to take three tests, one during the week of the kickoff news conference in early January, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight, and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather would be subject to the same testing.
However, Pacquiao's past actions might help Arum convince him to tighten the window for the final random blood test.

When HBO televised "Pacquiao/Hatton 24/7" -- the four-part series that followed the buildup to Pacquiao's second-round knockout of Ricky Hatton to win the junior welterweight title in Las Vegas last May -- it aired footage of Pacquiao taking a routine blood test as part of his prefight medical exam in Los Angeles.

The blood test was conducted 24 days before the fight; it punches holes in Pacquiao's argument that giving blood inside 30 days of a fight negatively impacts his performance.

Bob Arum said Monday he was open to talking to Manny Pacquiao again about the timing of a pre-fight blood test, which hinges on finalizing a super fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Exactly what occurred behind closed doors might never be 100-percent disclosed, but this much we know: Pacquiao, who originally agreed to have some scheduled blood testing, at Mayweather’s demand, but none later than 30 days before the fight, yielded to a 24-day window instead; Mayweather, who originally demanded random blood testing right up until the fight, yielded to a 14-day window.

          And there, they remained stuck.

            I dont know.

Yes he was declined by NSAC because he didn’t report the injury pre fight in the form as required - dont leave that important piece of information out.

Well it makes sense- Manny has needle fear so NSAC obviously didnt want him scared before the fight. He might not have come out of the dressing room.

            But im just speculating. Lol

Floyd obviously didn't have needle fear, that IV was flushing something out of his system, lol. A seasoned fighter who allegedly walks around at 154 pounds doesn't allow himself to be so severely dehydrated the night before the biggest fight of his life. I guess there were no 24 hour convenience stores open in Vegas to buy a Gatorade.

yes! because up until the 30 day cut off, he will still get tested randomly... he will not know what day he will get tested up until his requested cut off date.

Funny isnt it- he has no tattoos but no needle fear while Manny has multiple tats but is scared of needles.

                  lol.

He said he was dehydrated. I will take him at his word.

Says you. Now you are not a medical professional in any way. Its clear this opinion is based on this being Floyd and not any salient scientific information.

The wealthy tend not to risk their safety like that. As I understand, the very wealthy athletes and entertainers like Floyd get doctors to give IV’s when they are dehydrated, especially that close to having to perform.

imagine manny not having any drug testing at all for his fight like crawford vs gamboa!! how bout dat!!

Marquez won the fourth fight between the two via sixth-round knockout. According to executive director Keith Kizer, Marquez and Pacquiao were tested for performance enhancing drugs, masking agents and drugs of abuse and results came back negative.

Without a link to the whole article this isn’t believable.
