Spence post car accident looked exactly the same in garcia and ugas fight

Spence pre accident fought porter to a sd life and death win. Then post car accident he fought garcia and dominated him and then dominated ugas. I watched all 3 fights. Spence looked exactly the same in all of them. If spence was shot, garcia would have dropped him as he did take solid shots from him. Keep in mind, this was one year after the accident.

Your never the same after an accident. Of course boxersvtry hide how they feel during fight. Spence has always been overated. If bud fought Spence 5 years ago im sure spence would have did better, but Maybe we'd have found out earlier that he was if bud had best him then

Yes, I get all that but yet he was still taking long layoffs between fights. By the time he fought Danny Garcia in December 2020; He hadn't fought in 15 months.

Then subsequently for the Ugas fight; He had a long layoff as well. He hadn't fought in 16 months prior to that fight too. Then came Saturday night once he challenged Crawford when he had been out of the ring for a total of 15 months.

The reason why I am saying all of this is because Errol Spence is no longer a younger fighter. He's 33 years old now and when he is not active inside of the ring his body tends to pack on the pounds.

Which causes it to gradually age and deteriorate. This makes it twice as hard for him to cut weight while losing both his timing and conditioning in the process.

For example: He has had only three fights in the past four years.

Crawford also didn't fight for a long time and he's older than spence and he's been cutting weight a lot harder. He was 155 lbs cutting down to 135 lbs. Bud's body took a lot of wear and tear over the years. Spence is a lot younger and more fresh. Either way the accident wouldn't have changed bud's ability to land counters.

Fact is, Spence has never been that much better than Porter. It’s been proven in his fights. He’s always been too highly ranked p4p, because of the attention he gets in the media.

i would also say he’s in much worse shape now, considering the accident, age, retina, injuries, etc. If thats not evident, I don’t know what is.

this is true but the media and this forum had spence top 5 p4p and now we can't go back on that. It was a 50/50 fight here as well

and all this time Bud has grown into a full fledge welterweight, a few years back Spence could have done better, much better.

he couldn't put away Mikey Garcia

Bud would've beaten Mikey like a pinata at 35/40/47
