I don't fault Jermall for inactivity, but I do fault Suliaman for allowing him to remain WBC Champion!

The WBC is very creative when it comes to creating BS belts for Canelo but they can't put their heads together to create a solution that is fair to the division and the rest of the fighters to keep things going
