I think Gamboa's a better boxer than people give him credit for. I think he fights flashy sometimes to show his oppenent how much better he is than them. I think if he fights JuanMa, JMM, or Chris John he'll tighten up his defense and stick to the basics more. Dude has over 400 am fights, there is no way he is just pure athletic talent.

I was going to say more, but this sums it up really well i think... with this guys skills and credentials fighting the guys he has so far in his pro career is almost insulting, and he knows he has it all over them, which is why hes fought them the way he has... there's no way he'd play around the same way with a guy like Juanma or JMM; maybe Chris John a bit though since I don't think he'd respect his power

Nothing else to say but ignorant post. Won't waste my time writing anything else.

Cant wait to see him against top tier comp. Then we will get to see him use all his skillz & experience in a single sitting.

I like Gamboa, very talented offensive fighter, it's his defence that worries me. I mean he's been hit by somewhat weak opposition and has gone down. If he were to make mistakes againts the guys he's mentioning, I don't know if he will be able to get back up. Non the less if his willing to face the best so be it, that we as fans want to see.
