I feel like that is the outlier of his career and that he's not really a top 10 type guy, probably fringe top 15 and that this is a bad matchup for him. Could be completely wrong and Kambosos may simply be a level above Maxi, we will find out
Kambosos beat Mickey Bey in the US and Lee Selby in the UK in the two fights prior to the Lopez fight. He's a top 5-8 level guy, he's just not good enough to beat Haney.

Never rated Bey much and I think this current version of Hughes is better than that version of Selby, looking like I might be wrong based on the early results though

Elbow looks like Maxi got caught between throwing a punch and trying to use it for defense

                Bosas doesn’t look too good.

Think it's 2-2, some close rounds though

It's worth noting that back when he was losing fights, it was usually a time when he was working a regular job and not really getting chance to be a professional boxer full-time. It's only in the past few years that he has a good stable trainer and been able to box full-time and he has been beating fighters he wasn't really supposed to be, on paper.

he's a lot better than his records suggests

but the reality is even if Hughes is a lot better than people think, if Kambosis is a legit top 10 fighter, he needs to be beating him.

                      I have Hughes 3-1 up

Kambosos looking like he is having the success but for me its Hughes sneaking in the better shots
