Other upsets……I can see Stephen Fulton pulling an upset. I can see Jermell Charlo pulling another. Let me check the rest of the summer schedule to see if there are anymore.

He did say it, thats why you have to read the whole thing man Lol.

I don't think he is saying he will, he is saying he could and it wouldn't surprise him, that's my take anyway.

Might as well ask him straightforward on the next mailbag.

Saying "I can see an upset happening" is not the same thing as saying an upset WILL happen or picking Charlo.

He's saying that it's not out of the realm of possibility, which it's not.

Canelo's an old 33 years old and hasn't looked great in a while.

I could see Charlo beating Canelo, & wouldn't be shocked if he did it, but I'm picking Canelo because Charlo's never fought at that weight.

I don't remember the specific posters, but I do remember articles and comments about this. How BJS was too big and will box circles around Canelo and maybe stop him in the later rounds. I wonder if I can look at the archives here.

That would be awesome. I remember dudes even telling me Canelo wpuld duk Lemuix at one time. SMH they can always find a new flavor of the month. IMO I think Morrell would beat Benavidez and Benavidez is too close to the Golden Ticket so now he ducking him.

I have absolutely no proof and this is just speculation on my part, but I have a current su****ion that Canelo has finally agreed to fight Benavidez. It’s THE fight fans are clamoring for, Canelo signed the three fight PBC deal, he’s been less defensive about it in recent interviews than he was when trying to go LHW, and the Benavidez camp have been much quieter than usual in regards to it. I think Canelo agreed on the stipulation that they STFU until it’s time to officially announce it (Canelo likes the element of surprise when it comes to the fanfare side of things). It would also explain why Benavidez was all about that Morrell smoke one minute and then seemingly ducked him the next in favor of a less dangerous fighter in Munguia.

Again, pure speculation, but it explains a few things.
