Also to be fair Andrade has a LOT more ducks then Canelo does. And Andrade passed on the Parker fight which would of made him a mando which Ryder stepped up an won then got the fight. These are facts.

Seriously? so you're trying to claim that if Andrade beat _________ he would have gotten to Canelo????? No offense but that's just absolute BS, that's not a fact, that's your opinion. Canelo said he's not fighting Andrade before Parker was anything, that's a fact.

Canelo never gave preconditions just, "I'm not fighting you". It doesn't matter who Andrade fights or beats, Canelo doesn't care, he's simply not fighting Andrade and not even Mexican.

The ONLY reason Canelo fought Parker is because he's a slow lessor version of Canelo "Canelo light", and "Canelo light" was there to be knocked out in a home brewed comeback and the fact that it was even competitive was the only shocker.....but hey, that last part, that's just my opinion.

Good mailbag as usual. I really like Boots. He has all of the talent and skills that you can ask for and he seems to have the right mindset of wanting to stay busy and active and fight the best available opponents. And, I did post a few comments on different pages saying that I liked his performance against Villa, but thought that he got hit a few times too many, but I admit that I wasn't fully paying attention and it was probably poor timing when I looked up and saw that Villa landed a good shot in the 5th round I believe. But, like Bread says, everyone gets hit,and it's not like he was in any sort of trouble or anything, and it definitely was nitpicking on my behalf, not because I am hating, far from it, it was just an observation. But I hope that he continues to fight the best opponents available and hopefully he will be a dominant champion for years to come.

Yes, there is a lot of "nit-picking" going on with Boots! If he put on a total defensive fight loke Floyd or Pernell, they would be mad at that too! The kid is just SUPER-TALENTED, period!

If Benavidez doesn't fight Morrell Jr., then I hope Andrade does! That would be a great measuring stick for Morrell Jr., and a BIG win for Andrade!

He put himself in line for Spence via the IBF. That's why he's IBF Interim Champion now. On January 8th, IBF gave Spence 90 days to fight Boots, but Spence & Crawford finally made a deal! The sad part is, that if Spence didn't get Bud, he was going to fight Thurman @ 154! What's that tell you?

Of course Bud is the right move, but why was he going to fight THURMAN @ 154, instead of Boots @ 147???
