Smashed huh? Not the way these eyes see it. They are both post peak-prime and in case of Spence he has additional wear and tear.

Boots-Bud would be a high class fire fight if it happens right now before Bud is even 6 months older. Boots would just outwork a tiring Spence late in the fight and coast to a UD or get a late stoppage

I don't think they'd fight him. Maybe Crawford would, maybe, and he's the guy who could give Ennis a very tough fight.

But I think Boots beats all these guys, he's a phenom.

I'm indifferent to boots at this time, however I think he would smash Spence and Crawford, stop them both, stannonis would get droped and stopped, Ortiz might fare slightly better depending on this mystery illness, dude has been, ducked and fuvked really!

I agree hopefully there is a clear cut winner, and the rematch doesn't have to be activated. I want to see Spence, and Crawford fight other fighter's after their fight.

Plenty of work available. Don't sit around, young man. Eliminate the opposition.

            Cody Crowley
            Stankonia
            Keef
            Cobbs
            Rocha
            Ugas
            James

Hell, even Broner if he wants to step, Broner has never ducked anyone. That would be a real good test, and a huge statement if he was able to stop Broner.

Boots played it safe the entire time. I don't think he really wanted to fight either. The entire time as a #1 mandatory, he'd be quiet until these guys had opponents, then he'd pop his head out and claim they were ducking him. We see how it is when fighters really want to someone. Tarver showing up to Roy Jones press conferences, Morrell pressing Benavidez, Teo pressing Loma every chance he got. Boots' plan all along was to let these 2 face each other, fight the loser(knowing the winner will probably move up) and/or unify the division if both move up. I seriously can't believe people falling for the bs this guy and his team has been spreading the past 2 years.

Boots has some very bad habits. From the outside, he's fast and has good pop. On the inside, he's not as good. Though he was winning every round, I didn't like what I saw in his last 2 fights on the inside. He gets hit too much by inferior opponents and has a tendency of slipping a punch, popping up and pulling back. After Crawford and Spence fight, and/or move up, there is no one at 147 that can possibly challenge him. He has succeeded at playing the "wait game" and convinced the boxing world everyone was ducking him. Crawford turned pro in 2008 and by his 6th year as a pro, he won a title and then fought Gambo. Granted he was past his best weight class, but unbeated and a worthy opponent. Spence was in his 5th year as a pro when Kell Brooke could no longer run and he went to his homeland and crushed him. He activated his mandatory spot and got the fight he wanted. Boots aint activated ****. He's just been fighting bs and feeding his silly azz fanbase this narrative that no one wants to fight him while playing the "wait game". This is what's wrong with boxing.

154 is going to look a lot more appealing with charlo gone (highly doubt he goes back to 154 after canelo). Its been an overrated division for awhile and there won't be anything to give spence or crawford pause.

boots crawford would be a fight even the cynical would surely get invested in potentially, thats an exciting matchup if as expected crawford gets by spence, which is another great fight, boots has the element of the unknown which is why him v crawford or spence would be very good for business i would say, if boots won it could raise him to super star levels so lot on the line too, but can boxing deliver that fight is the question?

Boots resume is to light for me, why not try and fight Stanionis that's a fight that can be made by the end of the year and would put some pressure on the Specnce/Crawford winner. Boots wants to fight tomato cans and sit around, one thing I respect about Spence as a prospect he was not sitting around holding his hands waiting on Money or Pacman. Boots should fight Stanionis the the winner of Ugas/Thurman and that would create a Mega fight with the winner of Spence/Crawford.
