This is not a surprise as its been called for a while its still a joke though,

That said he should retire if he pulling these types of stunts
all the great old heavy weights from all eras did what they were meant to do fight a mandatory or at least highly enough ranked fighters

There are some goods fights out there for him beside the obvious of Joshua and Usyk
Arslanbek Makhmudov / Frank Sanchez / Zhilei Zhang / Hrogvic to name the main ones come on if not RETIRE

Outside of Usyk or AJ which we know were not happening next. I would not have minded Ruiz, who refused the offer, or Zhang, but Joyce triggered the rematch

Who is left? I don't have any interest in Ngannou but there isn't any interest in Fury vs anyone else not locked up either. Hrgovic? No thanks
Why Hrgovic no thanks? Hrgovic is a legit top 10 guy.

So you are just playing dumb, you don`t even want your question to be answered.

Hey, Warren's really going all out to make us believe they're giving it their best shot to set up the Usyk fight, huh? They're putting on a show, making a lot of noise, and talking up their fighter like crazy. Promoters are known for their ability to hype things up and create buzz around potential fights. They'll say things like "our guy is ready for anyone" or "we're doing everything we can to make this fight happen." But in the end, it all comes down to the nitty-gritty details like contracts, money, and scheduling. So, until we get an official announcement, it's best to take it all with a grain of salt and keep an eye on the news for the real deal.

He won't retire, but the orgs should deem that he has.

Blame the orgs. The WBC should be stripping him but instead they're defending this.

            Rotten, rotten 'sport'.

Sanchez, Makhmudov and Bakole would be ok for a stay busy fight. Hrgovic is next in the line for Usyk.
