Visayas and Mindanao has bigger percentage of Spanish language compared to Tagalog.. My first language which is Hiligaynon/Ilonggo has 35% Spanish terms, especially common nouns. Tagalog is more on Indonesian and Chinese terms...

Also Tagalog is the national language of the Philippines, not Espaņol. Hence why it's not considered Hispanic. There are plenty of other dialects that derive more or less from Espaņol. The only dialect I know of, Illocano, has no Spanish derivations in it.
