Bivol is starting to realize that he passed up another big payday and starting to have regrets. Now he doesn't know what to do anymore, he wants to fight at 168, now he wants to clean up 175, doesn't want to move up.... Blah blah blah.

I don't disagree, but that fight was agreed before the invasion, and it was made by Eddie, not Bob, and the WBC wasn't involved as it was just for Bivol's WBA belt. So it's not exactly apples to apples. That's why I've been saying Bivol's best chance at the belts is to hope that Callum Smith wins, and Eddie makes the fight. Might be without the WBC title on the line if that happened.

I know different people were involved in making the fights that Bivol has had since the war began. My point is that Arum and Sulaiman using the war as a ducking tool is a disgrace. Smith won't beat Beterbiev. He couldn't even put a dent in Little Red Canelohood.

Wishing Bivol would be more vocal about getting the Beterbiev fight
          That would move the needle
I know Beterbiev putting pressure on the Bobfather to get it done

Beterbiev will be 40 soon. This is getting sad.

I don't buy that this fight isn't happening because of the war in Ukraine. What's the real reason? Unwillingness to co-promote the fight bettween Top Rank and Matchroom? Either Beterbiev signs with Matchroom or Bivol with Top Rank? Suddenly the money will be there for the fight and the WBC will say we shouldn't mix sports with politics.

That's what Arum did use politics

arum made a statement a few years back saying bivol is boring, that may have been code for, im not interested in making that fight, for whatever reasons, beterbiev in that case has to demand the fight from arum, if he wants it that is

Too much talking? I’ve heard Bivol talk like two other times EVER. Haha. He’s not a loud mouth guy at all! But getting some rounds in would be great too. I agree with that part!!!!

Greedy promoters are the biggest reason for fights not getting made. This is likely an example of exactly that.
