Yes the thing CrossFit people get, it's a condition synonymous with the CrossFit brand. Virgil's literally had Rhabdo at least twice, it delayed the McKinson fight and one of the Stanionis delays. Heavy HIIT with no rest days for your body to recover while at the same time cutting weight and dehydrating yourself can lead to Rhabo. Also I bench 315 for sets of 10, lmao get wrecked.
"That thing that gets CrossFit people?" LOL. You "heard a rumor that he does two a day training sessions?" Wow dude, you sound like someone who's never worked out a day in their life. Lot's of people work and train harder than "CrossFit people" and he's not getting Rhabdo just from two a day training sessions. Plenty of weekend warriors do that. Something else going on there...Comment

For ****s sake, hope Vergil gets help and Eimantas moves on with a big paycheck, Ortiz had interviews from last week stating he felt quite healthy after implementing recovery support as a precaution, now that it was 2 days behind the fight it looks like he is unable to cut weight down to 147 after not fighting for a year long with the health issues to worry about.
GBP and Ortiz Sr are gonna end up killing him if they don't resolve their issues, the former prolonged multiple training camps for too long and the latter seems to physically overtrain his son according to rumors in Robles's camp.
It's time to get him professional assistance from a different promotion (Top Rank/Matchroom/PBC) and get a actual trainer if he still able to contend at 154.

Ortiz needs to move up to 154 and stop this shiet. Feel bad for stanionis who’s missed out on multiple paydays.Last edited by chepboxingking; 07-06-2023, 02:17 PM.Comment

I like Ortiz but this is disrespectful to his opponents and boxing fans. He need to move up in weightComment

Agree I think he should've never started his career at 140. He should've debut at Welterweight and fought at catchweights against lower tier opponents.Comment
