I honestly had a feeling this would happen. Vergil needs to take a year off and go to 154. His body needs to get right and settle into a weight. I know it must suck for an athlete but he just needs to not exercise for a few months and eat healthy.

Definitely there is room at 154 if he does move but there is no guarantee that solves anything. There might be a lot more going on here than draining to make weight.
