Boots has been the best option for either one of them. Who else is anywhere near him talent and skill-wise, aside from possibly Bud or Errol? And that's no guarantee that Bud or Errol can beat him, just that they're the only ones who have a serious chance against him

Only because of risk-reward, its not big enough fight for the guys looking at much better options, its just how boxing is with top prospects.
