Cobbs got wrecked because he never expected Rocha to engage the way he did. Rocha didn't fight Ellis like that at all (which is why he took the L).

Cobbs lost because he didn't have any answers for Rocha. They were on two entirely different levels, Rocha had his number. He treated Cobbs with no respect, and menaced his face in every round.

With Boots being as talented, skilled, strong and explosive as he is, I can see him really knocking Blair Cobbs out cold. Especially after fighting Karen, who was as fast and awkward as trying to catch a rabbit. Boots will start fast and target the body more this time. The nervous energy those body shots will generate, will put Blair in flight and make him jittery, affect his normal pattern of breathing. Once he gets hurt, he'll fade fast, his hands will come down, his legs will be shaky, then a fastball will land on his chin. There will not be a need to count. I see no other possible outcome Boots will seek and destroy Blair the Flair wooooooooo
