Are you off the Big Baby Anderson train?

Boy, I sure don't like the way he reacted to a super average guy like Charles Martin landing on him. Plus he looked like he was gonna cry in the locker room. I'm still rooting for him but I really don't know.... he should have gotten Martin out of there at least.

He’s only 23 right? Still plenty of time but this last performance definitely zapped his hype and momentum. Probably a good thing as it surely made him realize he has a lot of work to do. I’m not even sure he can beat 60 year old Ortiz at this point.

too early to tell look at Tyson Fury going life and death with John Mcdermott early in his career

but i do have a hunch Anderson might be a better gym fighter than a pro

Chins don't get better. He got hurt by Martin multiple times.

If anything I think his chin looked legit, it’s his terrible defense more in question. He couldn’t block that straight left to save his life, he’s lucky Martin can only give it his all every other few rounds.

I was never on it but he is still practically a kid.
I think his best qualities are his output and chin but he has some very bad tendencies he does over & over again and think he could have maybe even took an L had Martin been a little more adventurous. He needs to get back in the gym and really work on cutting a ring off and drilling out those bad habits but I think it will be difficult as he seems to lack HW sparring and always be sparring lightweights and such who have the same tendencies only the athleticism to pull it off.

If you was to ask me right now how do I see his career going I think he'll be an Eddie Chambers type. A good fighter who will do well at the sort of B tier but be found hopelessly wanting at elite level.

I was never really on it, i always thought Jalolov would be the future of the division (early days yet for him tho). No reason why Anderson cant be a decent contender somewhere down the line.

Not sure about this chin issue remember fury getting dropped by pajkic and cunningham. He went on to survive 30 rounds with wilder

He took some serious shots and didn't go down. He adjusted his game plan rather intelligently. Something that I never saw in people like AJ or Wilder.

Too early to write Anderson off already. The Martin fight could very well have been his "Tyson vs Tillis" moment, a little hiccup towards a better future.

He’s still got potential but has a few flaws to fix up.

I don’t think his chin is terrible, he got hurt, but Martin isn’t exactly feather fisted and he got caught with some big shots.

Definitely needs to work on his defence, looked easy to hit times last night, was caught square on at times too. The kid does have ability though, with the right development plan he could definitely be a player at Heavyweight.
