That is the biggest myth I've ever heard. Floyd fought almost everyone good in or around all of the weight classes he has ever fought or campaigned in. He took several risks outside of the ring.

So let's give honor where honor is due. The man was just a once in lifetime great fighter. However, back to Haney's point; He is right. Everyone is protecting their 0. So they can someday be like a Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Floyd fought those tough fights and when he became a ppv star he basically fought who you wanted him to fight.
