Man, Antwun had some power in those hands. I remember his fights against B-Hop, Charles Brewer, Richard Grant and he smoked Kabari Salem too. He was in the main event of many ESPN and USA weekday boxing cards. Rest in Peace Kid Dynamite.

Of his 22 losses, 3 were to B-Hop & Mundine &, literally, I think the other 19 came in a row at the end. For a guy who had been a contender no-one looked after Antwun.

His second fight with Hopkins is one of the most interesting fights to learn from

Still quite young, may God comfort his family and bless his soul. His pain is over now.

I remember him as a really hard puncher. He was awkward for opponents, in his prime, and gave Hopkins two rough fights, especially the first one.

Wasn't Michael Nunn also from Davenport? I think Hopkins fell out of the ring in the first Echols fight. I may be mistaken.

Hopkins has stated that Echols was the hardest puncher he faced
