Two experienced, ring smart, technically amazing fighters who each understands what power the other brings.

Put me in the camp of this will go the distance. There will be blood, there will be pain, but I do not see either of these champions not understanding how to recover and hold on.

How Spence on the downside of career?
Age ain’t the only way to measure a career! I just feel like Crawford is still ascending and still has some fire. I feel like Spence just doesn’t have the same love for it he used to. He’s still a beast and can win. I pick him to win. But I just think his inactivity has slowed his desire. Especially after we get at least two Crawford Spence fights, in which both get paid nicely. The loser will surely exercise the rematch clause. Maybe even a third. I could see a lane where they fight 3 times and BOTH walk away by then. That would put things into early 2025 by then.

come see me in a couple years When this comment holds more weight!

Spence and Crawford are not those men, true. But they are not Thurman or Porter either. Spence will bring the fire, Crawford will be waiting to catch him.
That’s fair. You have your view and I have mine. How many mega fights turn in bigtime knockouts as results anymore? You went back to the 80s. I was around then but that was forever ago. Boxing was WAY different then. Look at the 90s and beyond. Oscar-Tito, any Floyd mega fight, Canelo-GGG, the list goes on. KOs do happen sometimes. Tito-Vargas, (I don’t wanna call this one a mega fight, but) Bhop-Oscar…. But if you think Crawford or Spence will actually open themselves up enough to allow themselves to get KO’d, I feel you’re just hopeful more than anything (as am I!). Both men have great chins and are the best of the best of the last decade or so In their weight range. Neither man is just gonna crumble now because they’re fighting a tougher opponent than usual. Both are warriors. Both will last 12 rounds with any fighter in the division almost every time. That’s why they’re the best.

Yes bud can ko spence if spence is in full out attack mode, and vice versa. These are evenly matched whoever wins first fight don't necessarily win rematch

              What are you on about?

Bud has 30 stoppages, and he's never even had a close fight. The only guys who might have been up on the scores got stopped, and the guys who made it to the final bell lost on wide margins.

That comparison really doesn’t work in general as styles make fights, matches etc. and if you must apply, it’s in same season not 2018 Spurs beat Golden State in regular season, now 2023 Thunder beat Spurs so they should be able to beats Warriors.
Using the common opponent comparison, the guy who did better against Brook won

Although I’d say Spence is on the back nine of his career and not at his peak. I still say Spence by MD or SD

Glad you came back to this. I was dead wrong, I’ll eat my foot, and give Crawford his props. Spence looked TERRIBLE all night. I don’t mind admitting a wrong prediction! I’m not a internet circus clown like some here (Not saying you!).

                    i was wrong
                    I’ll eat that.
