Usually Bud dislikes an opponent and will say tough guy things, he is a fighter at heart. These two are amicable to each other behind the scenes and it doesn't come out like a real rivalry.

When Crawford is experiencing a top fighter with an iron will for the first time, when no matter how good his counter shot is, it just doesn't land perfectly or gets rolled, when Spence feels like he's dropping dumbbells on his head, shoulders, and body with every punch; then we will witness what Errol means by, "I'm going to break him."

Using Kell Brook as a common opponent, who wins?

I like both guys BUT what I've seen from Bud is two things. In the fight buildup if his opponents talk alot of smack and gets disrespectful they WILL get ko'd and if you touch Crawford hard and come at him He WILL get you out of there. He has been true to form when those two things happen. So lime Bud said if Errol steps on the gas Crawford will get him outta there. Spence better get him hurt and outta there

No doubt there is exitement for this fight--just like Leonard-Hearns. Whoever wins will be the top dog.

I could not disagree more with this statement. Either Spence smashes Terrance's face or Crawford KO's him. If the betting lines are good Ill be putting my money where my mouth is, someone is getting stopped. Did Hagler stop Hearns? Did SRL stop Hearns? Was Duran washed by the time Tommy sparked him? Spence and Crawford are not those men, true. But they are not Thurman or Porter either. Spence will bring the fire, Crawford will be waiting to catch him.

They remind me of Leonard and Hearns outside the ring, with their healthy respect for one another. Inside the ring, I expect similar tenacity as Ray and Tommy.

This could be a special rivalry.

Crawford is older than Spence by a few years.
How Spence on the downside of career?

Two different Kell Brooks, really doesn’t apply like NBA or NFL.
That comparison really doesn’t work in general as styles make fights, matches etc. and if you must apply, it’s in same season not 2018 Spurs beat Golden State in regular season, now 2023 Thunder beat Spurs so they should be able to beats Warriors.
