you are an obvious idiot if you think someone can sell a bunch of something for x and then will decide to drop the price to 1/2x out of the goodness of their heart, since they don't need that much moneycrimsonfalcon07 likes this.

Let's just take Loma/Haney for a second; Many of you cried foul when Vasiliy lost but none of you even bothered to purchase his PPV. So how do we as boxing fans expect to get the fights that we want to see but won't even support the sport?

They would get more buys with a lower price point. Charging darn near 100 bucks at a time when inflation is high is ridiculous, that's just common sense. I buy every fight that's worth it, so miss me with the "don't support the sport" nonsense.
Even when they could afford to buy them and it is a fight they want to see and yet they bitch, moan and complain every time there is a decision they don't like. When they are not even financially supporting the sport or the fighters who are providing them entertainment.
In addition, You are right. The price tag is hefty but the event organizers have to charge that amount in order to combat and compensate for the ones who are streaming these fights for free.
They have to make a profit. So when boxing fans choose to stream all of their fights for free then that forces true boxing fans to pay more for the fight for the lost revenue from those who refuse to purchase them.
Out of all of these Lomosexuals; Only 150K of them even bothered to purchase the event. Which is both repugnant and pathetic. Those who refused to purchase the event were not boxing fans. They were racial tribalists.
If there are any so-called boxing fans who don't support the sport or the fighters who they claim to love then their voice don't count. I personally, couldn't give a good damn about their opinions or what they have to say.

Soak the hardcores = Screw the sport. Will Hooters be showing the fight, or will they say "Crawford who?"
two great fighters, but this ain't no Leonard-Duran size event.

Hopefully, I can watch this fight at a bar or maybe through VPN on the Showtime app since I'll be in Chile on a TDY for both the Inoue vs Fulton fight as well as this one. This is honestly turning into one of the best years in recent times in terms of fights being made, no matter if I hate the PPV price point.champion4ever likes this.
