The stoppage was appalling but fair play to Weeks for speaking up and owning his mistake. Referee’s and officials often just remain silent in the wake of controversy and wait for the storm to blow over. They should be interviewed post fight IMO.

So much for Refs not having bias... That’s admitting to an unfair advantage going into the fight for the younger man. Best case scenario is a handicap while worst case he’s on the take. Doesn’t look good…
