Will UFC's Dustin Poirier Steal the Spotlight From Boxing During Errol-Terence Fight On July 29

a moderately known ufc star up against two equally as known boxers

while I think most mma is corny compared to boxing, ufc is WAY EASIER TO FIND

    boxing's distribution is stone age

I don't think so, there's something about a big boxing match that's just different. Maybe because they don't happen often

      boxing's atmosphere is glamorous

two gladiators striking each other on a open platform

all the lights in the arena enhance the ambiance

ufc's caged octagon and dimmer lights lacks elegance

      plus bare feet nasty

Naw it shouldn't be that bad.

UFC does decent numbers with their big stars like Brock Lesnar, McGregor or Jon Jones.

Dustin is not a household name and neither are Spence or Crawford but at least it has the Superfight tag going for it.

            Disagree.

Modern boxing events are often flat outside of the main event.

I went to McGregor vs Khabib and honestly that was one of the most electric and exciting events I’ve ever been to.

If we are talking about the actual event as a whole.

Naw, wouldn’t be surprised if Dana moves that fight.

biggest difference is ufc makes people care about the undercards.

no one cares about boxing undercards. every now and then you get a good co-main event

99% of boxing undercards you're praying for a fast ko

I don't remember which boxing ppv this was

but it happened at the same time as a ufc

boxing was afraid to start the main event until the ufc event finished

                  that boy went soft
