Smith, whose best win is a knockout of an injured and REALLY fading George Groves, will look, and probably end like a deer in front of a freight train.
Agreed. Every fight I think "is this the fight where it's revealed Beterbiev is past it?". He's certainly no longer prime, but he's definitely got the style that can work around slowing reflexes.

It's a shame his pro career started so late.

Save your confidence for the actual fight, that's when your going to need it.
What's he supposed to say when he's asked about the fight, "I think I'm gonna lose"?

Perhaps the day will come, before Beterbiev's retirement, when someone will manage to decisively defeat him. Time waits for no one, as Mick Jagger would have it.

But Callum Smith is not the man for the job. I'll be stunned if he wins.

I laid a wager with a Beterbiev fan here. I am rooting for Callum by TKO or dec. I hope my guy wins.

          War Callum!

LMAO!!! I see Callum has become a comedian. I see a Brutal one-sided beaten, Beterbiev wins in impressive fashion.

Not writing Callum off. He looks strong at the weight and Beterbiev seemed to have slowed down a bit in that Yarde fight. I can see Callum landing his left hand regularly, thing is he doesn't deal with pressure fighters well and was defeated before the first bell against Canelo after talking a good one in the build up.

If he turns up with zero belief as he did against Canelo, it'll likely be an early night but if he has a good camp and is confident then this could be a tough fight for Beterviev.

Beterbiev is already 38 years old, he has punch power but father time is coming.

People have been writing Beterbiev off since the Callum Johnson fight in 2018....
