Loma said that if you gave Haney thr 12th round, then fine; he did not need that round to win. Thatās what he said. He did not say he took off that round.

Wrong. He said because he won a lot of rounds he was sure he won going into the 12th so just kept his conditioning and then he said he didn't need to win rd 12 to win the fight meaning he didn't go all out like he did in the 11th and his corner thought they had it in the bag so they went easy in rd 12.

You are spot on and absolutely correct. If one is a Loma fan; Then the most frustrating thing about this entire video of his boasting about taking the twelfth round off is; If he had only won that 12th round, then the fight would have been declared an official Draw.

Likewise, not too mention all of those early rounds where he allowed Haney to steal by taking several rounds off too. The bottom time is that Loma held back in this fight; Similarly, as he had done previously in his last loss to Teofimo Lopez.

He did not leave it all in the ring then or now and has only himself to blame again for this defeat.

He said he was so sure he won the fight that he decided to take rd 12 off and cruise. This is proof Loma might have the dumbest team in all of boxing. You're not fighting some russian guy in kiev. Some below examples of ******ed moves the loma camp made. The video is around 3 minute mark starting.

1. Fighting salido in his 2nd fight and not complaining to the ref about the low blows.
2. Not putting a rematch clause in the lopez fight
3. Not taking the kambosa fight and pretending like he went to war for a PR move no one cares about. This would have been his victory as undisputed champ and given him more leverage going into haney fight. His friend Uskyk decided to fight Joshua even with the war.

Score a knockout or go out there and prove to judges that they want it a lot more than the champion by taking the fight to him and the titles away from him. I did not see Loma doing that.
