There isn't a 135er who has lived who could beat Duran at his best at that weight.

Very few are gonna **** wit Duran at 135...

147 I think Floyd could win a close one but it'd be like fighting Castillo on steroids...
I'd give Duran a better chance at 147. At 135 Floyd was very quick and Duran wasn't as skilled (well perhaps near the end).

At 147 that is a prime Duran, I really can't see Floyd dealing with a guy like that especially since nobody on his record even comes close to being as good as him.

you don't know anything about Duran.

He;s not some old guy like "Benny Leonard" or "Jack Johnson" that was great back in his time but would get owned now (well maybe not, but they didn't look so pretty on screen). Duran was a freaking monster, he had skill speed and toughness. FFS he beat Leonard in his prime.

I already admitted it man, nobody can beat those 1980s fighters. They are beasts, Floyd would trade with Duran and get caught silly. Somehow Floyd will throw his defensive game out the window against a big puncher like Duran and start trading with him.

Btw, Leonard fought Duran's fight, look at the rematch he was fighting his own fight and using the ring and his defense to outbox Duran. You don't think Floyd who is no slouch when it comes to defense, would fight Duran very defensively and go for a decision win??? you honestly think Defensive-ass Floyd will trade with a dangerous puncher like Duran?

                You can't be serious.

Duran aint no stranger to defensive fighters...Wilfred Benitez was a very good fighter...

Duran went 15 rounds with Marvin Hagler at 160...and Duran's best weight was 135

Leonard was winning but it wasn't one sided...and that was at 147...

With all fairness Floyd hasn't seen anything like Duran across the ring from him...it would be like Castillo on steroids and an even better chin and better boxing skills...
