They're not advisors like Haymon, they're promoters.

If you've got the best heavyweight in the world as Bob has then anyone suggesting your'e finished is obviously a joke!

Bob is not wrong here. Hearn threw big $ at Andrade, Farmer, Jacobs with no return at all. Yes, Hearn has done big business with Canelo, but Canelo sells itself. I can promote a Canelo fight and it’ll still be a huge success lol.

TR talent pool is 1000000x greater than matchroom. Not even close.

The problem with Top Rank is Bob is too tight with dollars to build strong undercards with good supporting bouts.

Except for one problem. The best heavyweight in the world seldom fights and when he does, wants $40M to fight one-legged kangaroos.

The co-main is an absolute throwaway (Zayas vs. Ronald Cruz).
Maybe pressure from the family. They are delusional and you can’t do business with delusional people, according to Leonard Ellerbe, although I’m somewhat paraphrasing. Especially the father. He’s the worst. He makes Angel Garcia look like Father Flanagan.

Eddie sure talks a lot for someone who's five years into his failed US takeover.

Must have gotten some free time while looking for an opponent for Connor Benn on an oil rig in the middle of International Waters.
